We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions: - You must notify us of your intention to return the items within 14 days of the purchase date. - The items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. - Personalized or customized items aren’t eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part. - To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
